Service Cancellation

Service agreements may be cancelled before work begins. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services not yet performed will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation request. Refunds are provided for the unused portion of service fees.

Completed Work

Once curation work has been completed and delivered, services are considered fulfilled. Documentation and organizational work provided cannot be returned, as these are completed services rather than physical products.
